How To Make These Treat Bags
You can get this technique by punching out any image and placing a contrasting color of cardstock in the back of the project to highlight the punched-out image.
Hint: Make sure that the you do not apply adhesive to the part of the contrasting cardstock that will be showing through, otherwise you will have a sticky mess.
This treat bag was made using the following supplies:
- Cardstock – Stampin’ Up Whisper White, Pixie Pink, Lovely Lilac
- Ink – Stampin’ Up Lovely Lilac
- Stamps – Stampin’ Up All Year Cheer I
- Extras – Small tulip punch, white ribbon
