My sister gave me this Penny Black Frog Birthday stamp and I finally got to use it.
He is too cute!

How To Make This Card
I always heat emboss images that I’m going to color in with marker, so the colors don’t fade over the lines.
Use a background stamp to add interest to your cards without having to use many embellishments.
If you don’t have a large background stamp and you need something quickly, look for something you can use around the house to make a pattern. Anything with some texture (and that you won’t mind covering with ink) will work. A kitchen sponge, cheesecloth, etc.
This Birthday card was made using the following supplies:
- Cardstock – Stampin’ Up Certainly Celery, Basic Black, Whisper White
- Ink – Stampin’ Up Basic Black
- Stamps – Stampin’ Up Print Pattern, Penny Black Too Many Candles
- Markers – Stampin’ Up Garden Green, Barely Banana, Lovely Lilac, Yoyo Yellow, Real Red, Eggplant Envy and Rose Romance
- Black Ribbon
I love Stampin’ Up products and use them whenever I can.
You can certainly use any other products to make this card. Just use the idea and make it your own!
