Handmade Baby Shower Invitation

| Comments (0)

shower_invite.jpgA good friend of mine wanted to make handmade Baby Shower invitations and came up with a dilemma - How can you make sure that the guests know that the excited Mother-to-be is expecting TWIN BOYS?

We decided to use this little 'extra' tag on the front of the invitation to make sure that everyone knew to not only buy for a baby boy, but buy for two of them!

We started out trying to stamp the "It's Twin Boys!" with alphabet stamps, but decided that would take too long.  So we put some cardstock in the printer and had all 25 done in a few minutes!

The supplies used on this invitation:

  • Stamp Set - Stampin' Up Little Hellos

  • Ink - Stampin' Up Basic Black, Certainly Celery and markers for coloring

  • Cardstock - Stampin' Up Whisper White, Barely Banana, Certainly Celery, Ballet Blue

  • Extras - Ribbon, metal brads
