I'm taking a break from the cards to get down to the most important thing about Halloween.....TREATS!
I love giving out treats to coworkers and friends, but I really like to give something more personal than candy. So handing out these treat bags is the easiest way for me to do that (while still providing some "sweet treats").
Here are the supplies that I used to put this little bag together...
The top is just a piece of black cardstock folded in half and decorated.
A few mulberry paper scraps and an orange ribbon later - you have yourself a cute little bag. The stamp that was used is from the Stampin' Up Trick or Treat set.
The plastic bags are the cellophane bags that you can order from Stampin' Up (this one is 4x6 inches). As much as I love Stampin' Up products, you may want to check out the bags that you can get at Michaels in their "candy making" section. I think they would be cheaper there.
I almost always use Stampin' Up products, but this look can be achieved using other products as well. If you're interested in Stampin' Up products and are in the Nashville, TN area - contact Erin Stevens or visit the Stampin' Up website to find a demonstrator in your area.
